ZAGREB, Nov 13 (Hina) - Ahead of a meeting at which the government will present a new offer to striking school unions, Branimir Mihalinec of the union of secondary school teachers said that he hoped that the new offer would not be 'take it or leave it' but that it would provide a basis to continue with real negotiations.
