ERSTE&STEIERMÄRKISCHE BANK d.d. with its headquarters in Rijeka, Jadranski trg 3/a (hereinafter: the Bank) announces that Mr. Hannes Frotzbacher has resigned as a member of the Bank's Supervisory Board effective from January 1, 2020.
Furthermore, at the meeting of the Supervisory Board held on October 18, 2019 a decision was made on the appointment of Mr. Hannes Frotzbacher as the new member of the Management Board of the Bank responsible for risk management.
The term of office of Mr. Hannes Frotzbacher will begin on February 1, 2020 and last until January 31, 2023 provided that the Croatian National Bank will issue its prior approval for performing the function of the Management Board member of the Bank.
