ZAGREB, Sept 12 (Hina) - Croatian Peasant Party (HSS) leader Kreso Beljak said on Thursday that the subscription fee for the public broadcaster HRT is a "poll tax" and that its financing should be discussed in the parliament as part of a debate on the state budget as well as that it would be one of the conditions his party would set for negotiations with possible coalition partners.
