ZAGREB, June 5 (Hina) - Rijeka Commercial Court on Wednesday once again adjourned a hearing that should have determined if conditions have been fulfilled to launch bankruptcy proceedings at the 3. Maj dock, with Judge Lijlana Ugrin explaining that the state authorities are thoroughly considering the possibility of a positive outcome either through interim financing or through the continuation of the core business even in the event of bankruptcy.
