Pursuant to the provisions of the Article 474 of the Capital Market Law, PODRAVKA Inc., Ante Starčević Str. No. 32, Koprivnica, PIN: 18928523252 (the Company), hereby notifies that on 23rd May 2019, the Company released 2,000 ordinary shares of the Company with the ticker PODR-R-A, which represents 0.028090% of the Company's share capital - for the purpose of execution of the Company share purchase option right of Mr. Milan Tadić - Senior Vice President of Adria region.
After mentioned release of the shares, the treasury account of the Company holds 134,775 of the own shares, which is 1.892907% of the Company's share capital.
Herein mentioned release of the shares of PODRAVKA Inc. was executed outside the organized market of Zagreb Stock Exchange, through the authorised company Zagrebačka banka d.d.
In accordance with the Implementing Regulation No. 2016/523, information about the transaction are stated in the Template for the Notifications on the transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them, and for the disclosure of those transactions - and which Template is enclosed as an integral part of this Notice.
