Pursuant to the Optional Award program and the awarding politics of Atlantic Grupa, i.e. the purpose of realization of the program of the offering of Company’s shares to employees or employees of its associate companies (haraeinafter as: the Program) Atlantic Grupa d.d., Miramarska 23, Zagreb (in the text also as: the Company):
- on May 10th, 2019 has transferred 30 shares of the Company of the total nominal amount of 1,200.00 kuna, which represents 0.001% of subscribed capital of the Company, to its employees;
- on May 14th, 2019 has transferred 21 shares of the Company of the total nominal amount of 840.00 kuna, which represents 0.001% of subscribed capital of the Company, to its employees.
Before said transfer, the Company had 3,151 of its own shares, of the total nominal value of HRK 126,040.00 which represented 0.1% of subscribed capital of the Company. After the transfer the Company has 3,100 of its own shares, of the total nominal value of HRK 124,000.00 which represents 0.1% of subscribed capital of the Company.
Said transfer is a part of the realization of the announced Program of the offering of Company’s shares to employees or employees of its associate companies for the year 2019, by which the Company has transferred altogether 6,199 of Company’s shares in the current year and by which it shall transfer, in line with the selection made by subject employees and upon of fulfilment of the Program’s criteria, upon expiry of 2 or 3 years, additional amount of 6,485 of Company’s shares to its employees.
