ZAGREB, May 11 (Hina) - Over 80 percent of public investment projects in Croatia are financed from EU funds, and the EU funding absorption rate is expected to reach about 85 percent by the end of the year, an event called Open-Door Day for EU Projects was told in the eastern city of Osijek on Saturday.
