ZAGREB, May 9 (Hina) - The Constitutional Court said on Thursday it did not find grounds to take action regarding the financing of a pension reform TV ad because it was part of a pre-referendum procedure, but did find that the media campaign was motivated in part by the referendum petition against raising the pension age to 67 and that its aim was to tell citizens that, by supporting the petition, they would bring into question the aspects of the reform the government considered desirable or necessary.
