Pursuant to Article 129 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, INSTITUT IGH, d.d., with registered seat in Zagreb, Janka Rakuše 1, VAT number / OIB: 79766124714 („the Issuer“) hereby notifies that the Supervisory Board Session of the Issuer was held on Friday, 26 April, 2019.
The audited non-consolidated and audited consolidated financial statements of the Issuer for the financial year 2018, as well as the unaudited nonconsolidated and unaudited consolidated financial statements for the first quarter of the business year 2019 were not analysed at the Session.
The subject Statements cannot be published within the prescribed period, i.e. until 30 April, 2019. Pursuant to Article 462 of the Capital Market Act (OG no. 65/2018) an integral part of the Annual Report are the audited financial statements as well as the Audit Report. Since the audit of financial statements has not been completed to date, we are unable to respect the prescribed deadline.
We will however submit the Statements as soon as possible.
