• Municipal Court in Gospić, Land Registry Department Gospić, cp. Lovinac, zk.ul. 523, parcel no. 4150, pasture, size of 1.340 square grille
• Municipal Court in Pazin, Land Registry Department of Labin, cp. Pićan, zk.ul. 3189, parcel no. 7699, meadow area of 86 m2, parcel no. 7700, arable land of 114 m2, parcel no. 7704, vineyard of 12.810 m2, parcel no. 7705, pasture of 851 m2, all together a total area of 13.861 m2
Financial value of the agreement is 280.233,00 EUR (twohundredeightythousandstwohundredthirtythreeeuros)
