ZAGREB, April 9 (Hina) - The London-based Mid Europa investment fund has acquired a majority stake in Mlinar, a leading bakery retail and wholesale business in Croatia, while Mlinar management board chair Mato Skojo, who founded the company, remains a co-owner, the Zagreb-based company reported on Tuesday.
