ZAGREB, April 2 (Hina) - The House of Peoples in the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina has given its final approval for a Chinese loan to finance the construction of a new block at the Tuzla thermal power plant despite warnings from the European Union that the project is financially controversial and ecologically detrimental.
