Pursuant to the Article 477 of the Capital Market Act, hereby it is announced that in 2018 Atlantic Grupa d.d. met all financial obligations towards bondholders defined by the Bond Prospectus.
On 31 December 2018 total consolidated Net Debt and consolidated EBITDA ratio is 1.5:1, thus the condition from the Prospectus that the ratio of total consolidated Net Debt and consolidated EBITDA in 2018 does not exceed 4,75:1 was satisfied.
