ZAGREB, March 26 (Hina) - Osijek County Court on Tuesday found Stevan Budac guilty of war crimes committed in in 1991 against the civilian population in the region of Baranja, which was occupied by Croatian Serb rebels at the time, and sentenced him pending appeal to three years and ten months in prison.
