ZAGREB, March 22 (Hina) - The Municipal Prosecutor's Office in the eastern town of Pozega has asked the police to suspend misdemeanor proceedings against a close friend of Regional Development and EU Funds Minister Gabrijela Zalac and will seek an expert evaluation of injuries suffered by a woman whom Zalac's friend hit with her car while driving drunk, to see if there are elements of a criminal offence.
