Tankerska Next Generation has secured 12-month time charter employment for one of the ECO class product tankers. The contracted employment is scheduled to commence during mid-March.
The tanker will be chartered out to a prominent charterer at approximately USD 16,000 per day under usual market terms with an additional charterers' option to extend the contract with an escalation, under similar terms.
The negotiated conditions are thoroughly in line with the company's strategic concept that focuses on the efforts to secure a strong asset base and stable cash flow. By doing so, TNG minimizes the risk of its business operations by balancing the employment of the fleet on voyage charter while still laying emphasis on time charter contracts.
