ZAGREB, March 5 (Hina) - The Central Election Commission in Bosnia and Herzegovina (SIP) on Tuesday adopted a special decision to fill the Serb caucus in the House of Peoples in the Federation entity parliament which completes the legislative government in that entity and at the same time the Social Democratic Party (SDP BiH) was given two new seats securing the greatest single impact in that caucus while the other two ethnic caucuses are controlled by the HDZ BiH and the Party of Democratic Action (SDA).
