ZAGREB, Feb 22 (Hina) - The bill of amendments to the Socially Subsidised Housing Construction (POS) Act, which the Construction and Physical Planning Ministry put to public consultation on Friday, envisages assistance to citizens buying existing flats on the market, a further decrease in the interest rate on the repayment of public subsidies from 3 to 2%, construction and purchase of flats for people whose professions are in short supply, and prevention of abuse of the POS scheme.
