The Russian state-owned company 'Dom.RF' has put up for auction the property complex of the former Kresty prison in St. Petersburg with a starting price of 1.052 billion rubles for the lot. The lot includes plots with a total area of 3.9 hectares, buildings and structures (41,200 sq. m), some of which are part of a cultural heritage site. The auction will take place on February 21.
