Due to inability to deliver the vessel in accordance with stipulations of the Shipbuilding Contract made and entered by and between ULJANIK d.d. and CLdN ro-ro S.A. Luxembourg for construction of one 5,500 lm class roll-on/roll-off carrier, Hull No. 531, the Buyer on 27th January 2019 unilaterally rescinded Shipbuilding Contract.
