During the joint meeting of the Supervisory Board and Management Board of Uljanik d.d. held on 21st December 2018 a Decision has been brought on revoking the Decision of the Selection of a Strategic Partner for Uljanik d.d. from 28th March 2018. In addition to this Decision, a Decision on Starting the Procedure for the Selection of a New Strategic Partner for ULJANIK d.d. has been brought.
In accordance with the Decisions brought, we invite all the investors who may be interested to show their interest in strategic partnership and additional capitalisation of ULJANIK d.d. as per Decisions of the Extraordinary General Assembly dated 16th February 2018 and Ordinary General Assembly dated 16th October 2018.
For all potential strategic partners the Data Room will be opened and regarding which the investment public will be informed.
