ZAGREB, Nov 23 (Hina) - The new bill on foster care was taken off the agenda of the parliament's committee on family, youth and sports and it is not certain if it will be discussed at a plenary session next Thursday, reads an article in the Jutarnji List daily issue of Friday, which also reports that the bill was withdrawn due to disagreement in the ruling coalition over the definition of family.
