ZAGREB, Oct 16 (Hina) - The EU's statistical office Eurostat has published data on poverty showing a downward trend in the share of persons at risk of poverty or social exclusion in the EU, but in Croatia 27.9% of the population live on the verge of poverty or social exclusion, which puts it among countries with a high percentage of inhabitants at risk of poverty.
