ZAGREB, Oct 10 (Hina) - Vukovar Mayor Ivan Penava on Wednesday held a news conference at which he called on the entire Croatian public to attend a rally to be held in that eastern city on October 13 against inefficiency in the prosecution of war crimes, but to refrain from political messages and self-promotion and send a strong message of unity to state officials and all social stakeholders.
