ZAGREB, Oct 1 (Hina) - The head of the Islamic community in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Husein Kavazovic, believes the rights of constituent peoples and ethnic minorities must be protected in elections in BiH as defined by the constitution, but warns that this must not impact the right of every citizen to run for office and be elected regardless of ethnicity.
