ZAGREB, Sept 13 (Hina) - The Court of Justice of the European Union has ruled as unacceptable a Croatian High Administrative Court application for a preliminary ruling in a dispute between the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development (HBOR) and former information commissioner Anamarija Musa on access to information on the dates and agendas of HBOR supervisory board sessions in 2017 and, indirectly, on HBOR loan beneficiaries, including the Agrokor conglomerate.
