ZAGREB, July 30 (Hina) - Sea, Transport and Infrastructure Minister Oleg Butkovic said on Monday everyone should be happy and proud that construction of Peljesac Bridge was beginning, and would not comment on Bosnian Presidency Chairman Bakir Izetbegovic's announcement that he would sue Croatia at the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea and the International Court of Justice over the construction.
