ZAGREB, May 5 (Hina) - Serbian Radical Party leader Vojislav Seselj said on Saturday that, despite a ban from the Serbian authorities, the Radicals would rally on May 6 in Hrtkovci, a village where in 1992 he held an inflammatory speech for which he was convicted by the Hague war crimes tribunal.
