ZAGREB, April 25 (Hina) - In the process of its enlargement to the Western Balkans the European Union has to have a special relationship toward Bosnia and Herzegovina considering the complex situation in that country, and its accession to the EU has to be treated primarily as a political issue and not a matter of meeting technical criteria, Slovenia's President Borut Pahor said in Sarajevo on Wednesday.
