ERSTE&STEIERMÄRKISCHE BANK d.d. with its headquarters in Rijeka, Jadranski trg 3/a (hereinafter: the Bank) announces that on April 6, 2018 the decision of the Croatian National Bank on granting prior approval to Mr. Nikolai Leo de Arnoldi for performing the function of the Supervisory Board’s member has been received. The aforementioned decision was adopted on March 28, 2018.
The term of office of the elected Supervisory Board member shall last from the day of receipt of the prior approval of the Croatian National Bank for performing Supervisory Board’s member function until March 1, 2022.
