ZAGREB, Jan 24 (Hina) - At the end of November 2017, there were 322,782 Croatians whose bank accounts had been frozen due to default payments, owing a total of HRK 42.80 billion, and Zagreb had the largest number of debtors - 63,316, owing HRK 12.36 billion.
