ZAGREB, Jan 13 (Hina) - The European Commission believes Croatia meets the criteria for beginning negotiations on Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) membership and that it is ready for accession, European Trade Commissioner Cecilia Malstrom has said in response to a question from Croatian member of the European Parliament Tonino Picula, calling on Slovenia and Hungary to lift the blockade of Croatia's OECD entry, Picula's office said on Saturday.
