ZAGREB, Dec 22 (Hina) - Slovenian President Borut Pahor signed an oath in parliament on Friday that he would defend national interests and citizens' well-being, thus beginning his second five-year term in office, and in his inauguration address pushed for the implementation of an arbitration ruling in a border dispute with Croatia which Croatia does not recognise.
