ZAGREB, Dec 13 (Hina) - The six members of the Yugoslav People's Army (JNA) charged by Croatian police and prosecutorial authorities with a 7 October 1991 missile attack on Zagreb's Banski Dvori building, which housed the Office of President Franjo Tudjman, are not in Croatia's territory and measures are being taken to issue a warrant for their arrest and set detention.
