ZAGREB, Nov 23 (Hina) - The Slovenian government expressed its surprise on Thursday at a Zagreb County Court second instance ruling under which Slovenia's Nova Ljubljanska Banka (NLB) has to pay Croatia's Zagrebacka Banka (ZABA) EUR 492,400 plus interest because ZABA, instead of NLB, reimbursed some Yugoslav-era clients of the now-defunct Ljubljanska Banka (LB).
