ZAGREB, Oct 27 (Hina) - The Croatian Healthcare Employers' Association (UPUZ) proposes an increase in the price of supplementary health insurance as well as the introduction of additional health insurance and a tax on cigarettes as a way of resolving the debt in the health sector, which currently amounts to HRK 8.2 billion, as well as the problem of delayed payments by some health institutions of up to 900 days.
