ZAGREB, Oct 3 (Hina) - Serbian Defence Minister Aleksandar Vulin on Tuesday reiterated that a civil war had been waged in Croatia and that there had been no Great Serbian aggression, asking Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic to explain why parts of Croatia were left deserted after "the expulsion of local Serbs" who, he said, had fled fearing for their lives.
