ZAGREB, August 23, 2017 (Hina) - The European Day of Remembrance for Victims of totalitarian regimes, which is known as the Black Ribbon Day in some countries and which is observed on 23 August, will be marked in Croatia on Wednesday by wreath-laying ceremonies at the sites of concentration camps and prisons run by those regimes in the past in Croatia.
