ZAGREB, Aug 17 (Hina) - The Varazdin-based Varteks clothing manufacturer has said that its shareholders' assembly has accepted a proposal for the company's recapitalisation by the British private investment company Valtegra LLP, which is expected to enter Varteks' ownership structure by investing 37.2 million kuna or some five million euros.
