ZAGREB, Aug 5 (Hina) - The Serb National Council (SNV), an umbrella organisation of Croatian Serbs, issued a statement on Saturday, on the occasion of the 22nd anniversary of Operation Storm, expressing regret for all the victims and the people left without their loved ones, their friends and their homes, and because the war did not end with that operation.
