ZAGREB, Aug 1 (Hina) - The eastern Croatian town of Dalj on Tuesday commemorated 39 victims killed by Serb rebels and Yugoslav People's Army (JNA) servicemen in the 1 August 1991 massacre in which 20 Croatian police officers, 15 soldiers and four Civil Defence members lost their lives.
