ZAGREB, July 4 (Hina) - In response to the European Commission's statement calling on both Croatia and Slovenia to implement the recent border arbitration ruling, Croatia's Foreign and European Affairs Ministry said in a press release on Tuesday that the decision of the Arbitration Tribunal was not binding for Croatia, neither would Zagreb implement it, however, Croatia "remains open to dialogue with Slovenia to the aim of settling the border issue."
