ZAGREB, June 29 (Hina) - Zagreb Deputy Mayor Jelena Pavicic Vukicevic, who is also a vice-president of the Work and Solidarity Party led by Mayor Milan Bandic, said after a failed attempt to constitute the Zagreb City Assembly on Thursday that the party would start negotiations with the HDZ and the Independent for Croatia party led by Bruna Esih and Zlatko Hasanbegovic and that those talks would primarily deal with programmes, but that her party was aware that Esih's precondition for talks was 26-vote support in the 51-member City Assembly for renaming the city's Marshal Tito Square.
