ZAGREB, June 7 (Hina) - Despite all the effort invested, support for unaccompanied children in Croatia is still not adequately prepared to provide for unaccompanied migrant children and adolescents who are placed in orphanages or juvenile homes, which is not appropriate for them and as such it is necessary to establish a specialised form of welfare for those children, it was heard on Wednesday at a conference on the need for alternative care for unaccompanied children in Croatia.
