ZAGREB, May 25 (Hina) - Green Action and the Zero Waste Croatia coalition said on Thursday the decision on the implementation of the waste management plan which the government adopted today was "full of illogicalities and harmful regulations returning us to the outdated concept of regional centres for large quantities of garbage at harmful locations and with harmful technologies."
