ZAGREB, May 9 (Hina) - Social Democratic Party (SDP) leader Davor Bernardic on Tuesday described as unacceptable HDZ vice-president Milijan Brkic's statement that Independent Democratic Serb Party (SDSS) vice-president Milorad Pupovac and ethnic minorities would not be the ones to decide the government's makeup and that in the Croatian state, along with ethnic minorities that enjoyed constitutionally guaranteed rights, decisions were made by Croats.
