ZAGREB, May 4 (Hina) - After the national parliament did not pass a vote of no-confidence in Finance Minister Zdravko Maric, Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic said on Thursday that parties that launched the no-confidence vote in parliament had failed and that an attempt was being made to destabilise state institutions, while he and his HDZ party offered stability.
