ZAGREB, April 25 (Hina) - Bosnia and Herzegovina Presidency Chairman Mladen Ivanic has said that chances are poor that amendments to the country's election legislation sought by the Croat HDZ BiH party will be adopted as there is neither the political will nor agreement from Bosniak political partners, and the European Parliament rapporteur on Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cristian Dan Preda, has also expressed doubt that agreement on an ethnic election model will be reached.
