ZAGREB, April 18 (Hina) - The Croatian government stated on Tuesday that a decision by a Swiss federal court regarding Croatia's motion for the annulment of an arbitration ruling by the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Arbitral Tribunal in the INA-MOL case was pending and that last week's decision by the Swiss court dismissed Croatia's motion for the postponement of the enforcement of the 23 December 2016 arbitration ruling.
