ZAGREB, April 7 (Hina) - Former prime minister Ivo Sanader was sentenced on Friday to four and a half years' imprisonment pending appeal for taking a HRK 17 million kickback when, in 2009, the regional development ministry bought a building in Zagreb's Planinska Street from a company owned by former Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) MP and butchers chain owner Stjepan Fiolic.
